24HR CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to a high influx in last minute cancellations and no shows lately we have decided to put into place a fee for non-emergency last minute cancellations/no shows.

If you fail to give 24hrs notice before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, or if you do not show up at your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged half the cost of your planned grooming services. This charge will be due at the time of your next scheduled (or rescheduled) appointment.

FLEA POLICY

Please let us know upon arrival if you suspect your dog may have any fleas.

Due to the high volume of dogs in the salon each day, if any live fleas are found on your dog he/she will automatically receive a flea bath with our FleaHex Shampoo. This natural product kills fleas almost instantly and also acts as a preventative.

You will be charged an additional $10-$20 for this service depending on the size of your dog. If you wish to purchase a full bottle of the FleaHex Shampoo this fee will be lifted.

This policy has been put in place to prevent the spread of fleas in the spa while ensuring the health and well-being of all our animals.

LATE ARRIVALS POLICY

If you are more than 15mins late for your scheduled appointment you may, or may not, be asked to reschedule depending on whether or not we still have time to accommodate your dog without compromising our other appointments.

If we can still accommodate your dog you will be charged for missed time – a minimum of $10. If we no longer have time to accomodate your dog the appointment will be treated as a no show and you will be charged half the cost of your planned grooming services.┬áThis charge will be due at the time of your next scheduled (or rescheduled) appointment.
